I’m Dr. Grant Van Ulbrich, and I’ve dedicated my career to leading and redefining what transformation means in leadership and sales.

My path has been shaped by over 25 years of global hospitality experience, where I have held leadership roles that have consistently challenged me to innovate, adapt, and drive meaningful change. I’m proud to be the first person to earn both a Master of Science and a Doctorate in Sales Transformation from Consalia Sales Business School and the University of London, Middlesex.

That’s why I created the Scared So What Personal Change Management© model and technology, the world’s very first of its kind to simultaneously serve individuals and organisations navigating change. My goal was to provide people and businesses with practical tools to overcome fear and uncertainty, unlock their potential, and foster lasting, positive transformation.

Change has always fascinated me – not just at the organisational level, but for individuals, and why so much of it tends to fail for all involved.
